Event Registration Terms & Conditions:  By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Registration & Admission

• Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment (where applicable).

 • The organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any registration without explanation.

• Entry to the event may require presentation of a valid confirmation or ticket.  

2. Payments & Tickets

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the organizers.

• Promotional or discounted tickets (e.g., early bird) are only valid within the stated sale period.  

 3. Event Changes

• The organizer reserves the right to change the event date, venue, schedule, or speakers if necessary.

• In case of significant changes, participants will be notified via email.  

 4. Cancellation Policy

 • If the event is cancelled, participants will be notified, and refunds will be processed where applicable.

 • The organizer is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or incidental costs incurred. 

5. Code of Conduct

• All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward speakers, staff, and other attendees.

• The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of this Code of Conduct.
